SHIPPING INFORMATION
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied. Please email us in order to receive a web credit for your return so long as the following requirements are met:
* Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving the order
* Items must be returned with invoice/receipt which will be included with your order
* Items must be received in unworn and unwashed condition
* Items must still have tags attached
PLEASE NOTE:
* We do not accept returns on swim, sale items, shoes, undergarments, accessories or items ending in $0.99 in price
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
* We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
* We have the right to refuse returned merchandise if they do not meet the above requirements
* We will asses a 25% restock fee if we receive items that do not meet the above requirements
STORE CREDIT INFORMATION
Once we receive your return our team will inspect the item(s) in order to ensure it meets the requirements above. Store credits will be processed and issued 2-3 business days after receiving your item(s). Once your return in approved you will receive an email with store credit amount and additional information.
PLEASE NOTE:
* We reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the requirements of our return policy
* We do not credit shipping costs and only issue store credits NO refunds
EXCHANGE INFORMATION
If you received an item and want to exchange it for a different size or item please email us so we may inform you if your desired item(s) are still available. Exchanges will be processed like a return so be sure to review our Return Policy above.
PLEASE NOTE:
* Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to our mailing address as well as shipping for the exchanged item(s) to you
* Exchanges will be processed 3-5 business days after receiving your item(s)
* Exchanges will be shipped out once payment for shipping is received
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All orders are strictly inspected and monitored before shipping out however, we are not perfect. If you received a wrong or damaged item we will gladly replace it for a new or correct item at no additional cost to you. Please email us immediately so we may assist you with replacing your item(s).
